Privacy Policy

What information we collect

When you run a Recruiter's Eye™ Scan, we collect the following information you provide in the form:

• First name
• Email address
• Your current LinkedIn headline
• Your current role or title
• Your target role or level

We also collect the AI-generated scores and verdict produced during your scan session.

How we use your information

• To deliver your scan results. Your headline, role, and target role are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your four scores, gaps, and headline rewrites. We do not store these inputs on our servers beyond the duration of your request.
• To record scan activity. Your name, email, and scores are logged to a private Google Sheet operated by Career Ignite by Caitie, used solely for product improvement and follow-up communications you opt into.
• To contact you about your results or relevant services, if you have provided your email address. You may opt out at any time by replying to any email.

Third-party services

This product uses the following third-party services:

• Anthropic — AI model provider. Your headline, role, and target role are transmitted to Anthropic to generate scan output. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Google Sheets — Scan results are logged via a Google Apps Script webhook. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — Hosting and serverless infrastructure.

We do not sell your data

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Scan data is retained in our private Google Sheet for up to 12 months for product improvement purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
